Contract Tables
Tables made to the size the room actually needs
Standard table sizes are a convenience for the manufacturer, not for the operator. Two centimetres across a run of tables is the difference between a comfortable dining room and one where servers turn sideways. We make tables to the dimension the plan wants.
Made to measure is the normal case
Because we manufacture rather than resell, a non-standard top is not an exception that carries a penalty — it is simply what we cut. Bespoke dimensions let you fit one more cover along a wall, square off an awkward corner, or run a bank of tables that actually align. Send the floor plan and we will work back from the covers you need.

The top and the base are separate decisions
Tops and bases wear differently and should be chosen separately. A solid timber top reads warm and can be refinished for years; a compact laminate takes relentless cleaning without complaint. Bases are specified for stability and for legroom — the failure nobody forgives is a table that rocks, and on an uneven floor that is a base problem long before it is a top problem.

Indoors, terrace, and the line between them
Terrace tables face UV, damp and temperature swing that indoor specifications are not built for, and a covered terrace is not the same as an open one. We specify the base and finish for where the table will actually stand, and we will say plainly when a piece you like is the wrong choice for outside.

Frequently asked questions
- Can you make tables to custom dimensions?
- Yes — made-to-measure is routine, not a special request. We manufacture each top to order, so fitting the table to the floor plan usually costs nothing extra beyond the material.
- Which table top is best for a restaurant?
- It depends on service. Compact laminate handles constant wiping and high turnover best; solid timber gives warmth and can be sanded and refinished rather than replaced. We will recommend against a top that will not survive your cleaning regime.
- Do you supply tables and chairs together?
- Yes, and it is worth doing. Matching table height to seat height across the order avoids the gap-and-clearance problems that appear when tables and chairs are bought from two suppliers.
- Do you make outdoor and terrace tables?
- Yes, specified for the exposure. Tell us whether the terrace is covered, open, or coastal — the right base and finish differ meaningfully between the three.
